My name is HIMM, formerly known to the industry as OSGBREEZE and I am a native of Savannah, Georgia. I began my career as an artist and like most, I was networking and building my career all throughout my home city (The Pote) and surrounding areas.

As I worked to perfect my career, I curated a podcast titled "LitLifestyle Podcast". I began interviewing many independent artists and even some mainstream and I found that there was so much talent in my city that just needed to be heard. With the love I have for my city that's tatted all over me, and the connections I made while working on my own career, I wanted to bridge that together for Savannah.

After a few months of work, I was appointed Director of A&R at one of the most popular studios in Savannah, 9Twelve Studios. As that progressed, artist began paying attention to how I was producing and engineering my own comedy skits, and podcasting just to name a few. This led to artist asking me to manage their careers. With that going so well, my creative niche wanted to expand and come to Atlanta to grow that part of my resume. That landed me with M37, a company that I can attest values the independent artist.

So what do I do as A&R

You may or may not be familiar with the term A&R. This department is responsible for finding and signing new artist to labels. They are also a major part of the artist development and album/project creation. I along with the department head Nicole Sabrina attend major, independent and private events to find the next big thing, It is my sole responsibility as an A&R to develop my artist, keep them educated on the business, creating dope music and getting that music out to the world. Myself and my team at M37 host a wide range of events across the nation to help artist showcase their talents. We even use these platforms to locate artist.
